The Yostar application is designed to offer you the following capabilities:

· Share your life experiences and moments with your friends.
Our team is dedicated to fostering an environment that is both enjoyable and secure for all users. By accessing and using Yostar, you acknowledge that you will utilize the Services in line with their intended purpose and adhere strictly to these Terms.
It is important to emphasize that Yostar has a zero-tolerance policy towards content that is offensive, abusive, or degrading, as well as any material that breaches legal regulations or societal standards. Should you post such content, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable your account. If you encounter any content that violates these guidelines, you have the option to submit a report to our team. All reports will undergo a thorough review within a 24-hour window, with particular urgency given to cases involving pornography, violence, or gambling due to their severe nature..
Our Services are exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of their respective region). If you are under the legal age of adulthood, please refrain from using our Services. Any accounts identified as belonging to minors will be promptly terminated.
By accessing or utilizing our Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you verify that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

· It is strictly prohibited to transfer your account to another party or create accounts on behalf of others unless you have received our explicit written permission to do so.
In the event that we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms or pose a potential risk to our platform or other users, we reserve the right to terminate your account without incurring any liability and without providing prior notification.
Account deletion process: You may choose to delete your account at any time by locating and accessing the “Settings” menu within the Yostar application, then selecting the“Delete Account” option, and carefully following all the instructions provided on the account cancellation page.
If your account is terminated by us, you will lose all access to the Yostar platform and its Services.
Within the Yostar platform, you are permitted to post photos, messages, and other forms of content (referred to collectively as “Content”). While you maintain ownership rights over the content you post, the following restrictions must be observed:
a. Content must not contain any form of information pertaining to individuals who are under 18 years of age.
b. Content must not be offensive in nature or intended to harass, intimidate, or distress other users.
c. Obscene, pornographic, or content that undermines or degrades human dignity is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated.
d. Content that is defamatory, abusive, or contains threats of harm towards others is prohibited.
e. Content must not promote, encourage, or provide guidance on illegal activities.
f. Content must be free from malicious code, such as viruses, worms, or other harmful software.
g. Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and is treated as a top priority. We strongly advise you to review this policy to make informed decisions regarding your use of our Services.
a. Although you retain full ownership of the content you post, by using Yostar, you hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to utilize, display, and distribute such content as deemed necessary for the operation of the service.
b. You confirm that you either hold full ownership rights to the content you post or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights to share it publicly on the platform.
c. We maintain exclusive ownership rights to all content inherent to the Yostar platform itself (including but not limited to software, design, and proprietary features). Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit copying, modifying, or distributing the content in any form.
d. We reserve the right to remove any content from the platform at our sole discretion, without the need for prior notification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yostar disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Additionally, we shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yostar, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and representatives from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, and expenses that arise from:
(i) Your use or misuse of Yostar’s Services;
(ii) Your breach or violation of these Terms;
(iii) Any infringement of third-party rights resulting from your actions or content posted on the platform.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technological advancements, or regulatory requirements. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes (such as through in-app notifications or email), we strongly encourage you to regularly review the Terms to stay updated.
Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms have taken effect will be considered as your acceptance of the updated provisions. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease accessing or using the Services immediately.
Yostar enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or engaging in any content, communication, or activity involving CSAE or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
